Qualifications
Entrants must:
- Be 18+
- Own and occupy the home
- Live within the eligible contest area
- Have a qualifying forced-air furnace
- Have a furnace at least 15 years old
- Submit at least one clear photo
- Allow an onsite inspection if selected as a finalist
- Submit only one entry per property

This is a judged contest, not a random drawing.
